HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Everything you order from My Hip Chick is handmade and made to order. Therefore, orders can take up to 2 weeks (14 days) to be completed and shipped. Depending on the size of the order, you may receive it as early as 1 week. Our wholesale orders usually take the full 2 weeks because of the order size. If you need a rush order, please email us before you place your order and we'll see if we can accommodate you. Additional fees will apply for rush orders.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we do! We accept all major credit cards via Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal. Nor will you be required to sign up for one. When checking out, under 'Payment Options' click on "Credit card or direct cash payment via paypal", it will automatically redirect you to the Paypal site. Select CONTINUE under 'Don't have a Paypal account?'. You will be able to securely pay with a credit card. If you have a Paypal account, follow the same steps, and simply login to your Paypal account once you are redirected.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Currently, we charge a flat shipping rate of $3.00. So it pays to order more! For orders over $75.00, shipping is FREE!! We ship via USPS and UPS. Currently, we ship to U.S. and Canada customers only.
WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE SECURE?
ABSOLUTELY!! Under NO circumstance will we ever share your personal information to any other source. We take pride in our customer service, and your privacy is our main concern. We will never even see your credit card information, so no need to worry about that either.

Yes! We would love to customize an order for you. Please email us your thoughts/ideas and we will be happy to work with you on your custom order. If we don't carry colors or ribbons you are interested in, we will do our best to find it and accommodate your needs. Just ask!
